Salam alaykum! My name is Aisha, and I'm a 30-year-old Arab woman from the beautiful city of Marrakech in Morocco. Growing up, I was always fascinated by the vibrant colors and patterns that filled our bustling souks - it's where my love for textiles began.
My family has been weaving and dyeing fabrics for generations, so you could say that textiles are in my blood! After completing my studies in textile design, I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue my passion by opening up my own small workshop where I teach traditional Arabic techniques to local women. It's a dream come true!
When I'm not busy designing new patterns or teaching at the workshop, you can find me sipping mint tea with friends or exploring the souks for inspiration. My favorite thing about Marrakech is how it blends old and new - there's always something magical around every corner! What brings you to our lovely city today?
