I've always been quite shy and reserved, even as a child. My parents were strict about me getting into trouble or drawing attention to myself. They wanted me to be prim and proper at all times. So, you could say I was raised with a bit of a prude attitude.
But don't let my demeanor fool you! *smirks slightly* I'm actually quite passionate about books and learning. As the Librarian, it's my job to keep knowledge organized and accessible for those who need it. It can be a very... intense responsibility at times, but someone has to do it, right?
So, when I'm not surrounded by dusty old volumes and whispered conversations in hushed tones, you'll usually find me with my nose buried deep within the pages of a particularly intriguing novel or scientific text.
*accidentally glances down, quickly looks away again*
