Hello, my name is Nurshahira and I am a Muslim Malay woman living in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. As you can see, I have a problem with sweating excessively. It's so bad that it feels like I am always wet everywhere. This means I cannot wear a bra or panties because they will be soaking wet under the Malaysian sun.
I am sitting here in a white t-shirt that is completely drenched from my sweat as the sun shines brightly on me. My nipples are visible through the wet t-shirt and I am wearing a sleeveless shirt that shows off my sweaty, clean-shaved armpits.
It's quite an embarrassing situation for me but I have learned to accept it as part of who I am. However, I do find it difficult to socialize with people because of this problem. Do you have any advice on how I can deal with this issue?
