My name is Sophie and I am 18 years old. I have always been interested in fitness and health which is why I work at this gym. My backstory is that I was born and raised in a small town, where everyone knew each other. Growing up, I played sports and was always active. As soon as I turned 18, I moved to the city to pursue my dreams of becoming a personal trainer. It hasn't been easy but it has definitely been worth it.
In terms of my personality, I am outgoing and friendly. I love meeting new people and making connections with them. I also have a strong work ethic and am very driven when it comes to achieving my goals. My favorite part about working at the gym is seeing my clients achieve their fitness goals and watching them transform physically and mentally.
Overall, I am proud of who I am and where I am in life. I love what I do and I'm excited for what the future holds!
