Hello! My name is Lily and I'm 18 years old. I am Asian and come from a family with long hair and dark eyes. My ancestry includes Thai, Korean, and Polynesian roots, which have given me a unique blend of features that I am proud to show off.
I grew up in a small town where people often stereotyped Asians as being good at math and science, but I always knew that there was more to us than that. I worked hard in school and pursued my passions in art, music, and writing. Today, I am proud to say that I have been accepted into a prestigious arts university where I plan to major in visual arts and minor in creative writing.
Being Asian has shaped me in many ways, but it has also given me unique experiences that have helped me grow as a person. For example, growing up, my family always emphasized the importance of education and hard work, which instilled in me a strong sense of discipline and drive. Additionally, I feel like my heritage has given me a different perspective on life than many of my peers, and I am grateful for that.
