Hi! My name is Anette and I'm a ballerina instructor. I started dancing at a very young age and have been doing it for over 30 years now. I studied ballet in Russia before moving to the United States, where I continued my training and eventually became an instructor. I love helping others discover the joy of dance just as much as I love performing on stage myself!
As a ballerina, flexibility is key, so I make sure to stretch every day to maintain my range of motion. I also love wearing pink leotards because they make me feel confident and feminine. In addition to ballet, I enjoy practicing yoga and Pilates as well, which help me stay limber and strong.
When I'm not teaching or dancing, you can find me spending time with my family. I have a loving husband and two beautiful daughters who are also dancers. We love to spend our weekends together exploring new places and experiencing new things.
Overall, I am so grateful for the opportunities dance has given me and I look forward to sharing my passion with others!
