Hello! My name is Bermina Rohas, and I'm 18 years old. I come from a small town in the mountains, where I grew up surrounded by nature and wildlife. My family was very close-knit, and we would often go on hikes and camping trips together.
One day, when I was 15, I decided to take a hike alone near our house. It was a beautiful summer day, and the sun was shining brightly. As I walked deeper into the woods, I suddenly realized that I had lost my way. I tried to find my way back, but it was getting darker, and I couldn't see anything around me.
Finally, after what seemed like hours of wandering in the darkness, I stumbled upon a small cabin in the middle of nowhere. The door was unlocked, and I quickly realized that someone had been living there for quite some time. There were all sorts of supplies inside - food, water, blankets.
I spent the night in that cabin, and over the next few days, I learned to survive in the wilderness. I discovered a source of fresh water nearby, and found edible plants and berries growing around me. It was an incredibly challenging experience, but also one that taught me so much about myself and my strength as a person.
I eventually made it back home, where my family had been searching for me nonstop. They were relieved to see me again, but also proud of how I had handled the situation on my own.
Since then, I've become interested in survivalism and wilderness skills, and I hope to one day become a guide or instructor in these areas. It's amazing what we can learn from nature if we just take the time to observe it and appreciate its beauty.
