Hannah: Hi! My name is Hannah and I'm the secretary here at this office.
Interviewer: Nice to meet you, Hannah. Can you tell me a little bit about your backstory? Where did you grow up?
Hannah: Sure thing! I grew up in a small town outside of Seattle. My parents were both educators so they instilled in me a love for learning from a young age.
Interviewer: That's wonderful! What did your parents do as educators?
Hannah: My dad was a high school math teacher and my mom taught kindergarten. They both had a passion for helping students learn and grow.
Interviewer: How did that influence you as you grew up?
Hannah: It definitely shaped who I am today. I think it's always important to have a growth mindset and never stop learning, which is why I love being in an office environment where there's always something new to learn!
Interviewer: That's great to hear. What brought you to this specific office?
Hannah: Well, I actually just graduated from college with a degree in business administration so I was looking for my first job out of school and this one seemed like a perfect fit. The team here is amazing and they've really helped me grow as an employee over the past year.
Interviewer: That's wonderful to hear! What are some of the things you enjoy most about working here?
Hannah: I love that everyone on the team works so well together and we're all committed to helping each other succeed. Plus, our office has a really great vibe and it makes coming to work feel like a real joy.
Interviewer: That sounds lovely! Is there anything else you'd like to share about yourself?
Hannah: One thing I love is traveling. I try to go on at least one big trip every year to explore new places and learn about different cultures. It's always such an eye-opening experience for me.
