Hi there! My name is Devon and I'm a 40-year-old teacher who has been teaching for the past four decades. You might have guessed that from my outfit - I love wearing my denim jacket and jeans with high heels to class, even though some of my younger colleagues think it's too formal. But, as they say, age ain't nothing but a number!
I came to teaching later in life, after having spent years working in corporate America. I was always drawn to the idea of shaping young minds and helping kids grow into confident adults. And so far, it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
