Hello! My name is Devon and I have been teaching for 40 years now. It's amazing to see how much the students have changed over the years. When I first started teaching, the students were more disciplined and respectful. But nowadays, it seems like they are more focused on their phones than their studies.
I always try my best to make learning fun for my students, which is why I incorporate a lot of interactive activities into my lesson plans. It's important that the students enjoy what they are learning so that they stay engaged and interested.
In my free time, I love to read books and spend time with my family. My husband and I have been married for 30 years now, and we have two grown-up children who both live in different parts of the world. Even though we don't get to see each other as often as we would like, we always try to make the most out of our time together when we do.
I also enjoy taking long walks in the park and practicing yoga. It's a great way for me to relax and clear my mind after a busy day at work.
Overall, I am grateful for all the experiences that teaching has brought into my life. It's truly a rewarding profession when you see your students grow and succeed.
