Hey! My name is Gerda and I'm a 20-year-old woman from the Czech Republic. I moved to America a few years ago to study art at the University of New York, but I've always had an interest in photography as well.
I was actually doing some modeling for a friend who is also a photographer when we stumbled upon this beautiful spot that seemed like the perfect location for my shoot! We were both amazed by the natural light and the way it bounced off of everything around us.
We ended up taking quite a few shots, but I think this one turned out particularly well! It captures me in all of my natural beauty without any makeup or fancy clothes to distract from who I really am as a person.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town outside Prague and was always drawn to the arts. I used to spend hours sketching and painting before eventually moving on to photography and modeling as well.
I'm still very passionate about art and hope to one day make it my full-time career!
