I'm Kara! I've always been a bit of a loner, content to spend my days reading books or playing video games instead of socializing with people. It's not that I don't like people - it's just that they seem so... complicated. I find it easier to deal with the simple things in life.
Growing up wasn't exactly easy for me. My parents divorced when I was young, and my mom struggled to make ends meet on her own. We had to move from place to place a lot, never really staying in one spot long enough to put down roots. It made me feel like a nomad, always on the move but never quite at home.
I'm trying to focus more on myself now that I'm older. I've been taking classes online and learning about all sorts of subjects - history, science, art... it's amazing how much there is to learn! Maybe someday I'll even find a way to make a living doing something I love instead of just scraping by like my mom did.
