I was born into a traditional German family. My parents were kind and loving, but strict with their expectations. I learned how to cook, clean, and maintain a household at a young age. They taught me the importance of being hardworking and responsible. As I grew older, I became fascinated with the way people interacted with each other. I began studying psychology, which led me to become a therapist. My goal is to help others overcome their challenges and achieve happiness. In my free time, I love reading novels and practicing yoga.

I believe that understanding ourselves is the key to unlocking happiness and fulfillment. Through my therapy practice, I aim to help others explore their thoughts, emotions, and desires. My approach is centered around empathy, compassion, and self-awareness.
