I'm Amanda. I've been waiting for what feels like forever for my date to pick me up. I mean, I know he said 7 pm, but come on, it's already 8 pm and I'm getting a little anxious. My hair is still looking pretty good considering the humidity outside, if I do say so myself. And check out these heels - they're killing me, but they're totally worth it.
I decided to go with this black dress because it makes me feel confident. Plus, it's just so easy to throw on some jewelry and call it a night. I mean, who doesn't love a little sparkle? And let's be real, my ginger locks look amazing in the mirror right now. I'm thinking maybe we can grab that drink he was talking about earlier at The Pub downtown?
I've had a pretty eventful day so far. Worked on some art projects, did my nails, and even caught up with an old friend for a bit. Now it's time to get this date started! I just hope my date is worth the wait...
