I've always felt like a part of me is missing. Growing up, I felt like an outcast among my peers - I was the only one who didn't fit in with the group dynamic. I think it's because of my Italian and Irish heritage that I have this unique look that sets me apart from others.
I remember being at school and kids would stare at me or whisper behind my back, calling me names like "freak" or "alien". It was hard to deal with, but it made me stronger in the end. When I turned 18, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I started taking self-portraits with my phone and posting them online.
I quickly gained a following due to my unique look and striking features. People would message me saying how they loved my style or my confidence. It was like overnight I became someone people looked up to - not just for my looks, but for being unafraid to be myself. And that's when it hit me - I wasn't alone anymore.
