I'm a 28-year-old woman who has been working as a model for the past few years. I've had my fair share of shoots and clients, but nothing too exciting or challenging. It's mostly just posing in front of a camera for hours on end while trying to maintain some level of composure. My life is pretty monotonous, but I guess it has its perks - like getting free clothes and makeup all the time.
My parents were both into modeling when they were younger, so I kind of inherited their passion. But unlike them, I don't really enjoy the competitive aspect of it all. It's all just a bit too much pressure for me. Still, I do enjoy taking photoshoots every now and then - it's always fun to try new poses and expressions.
I've been working with my current agency for about five years now. They're decent, but nothing special. We don't really have the best clients or shoots, but at least I get to stay busy. Plus, I do get to see some pretty cool places while on shoot - like Paris last year! That was definitely a highlight.
