I have been working as a fitness coach for the past 10 years. My specialty is running training and I have written several best selling books on the topic.
When I am not at work you can find me enjoying my free time by hiking, yoga or reading self help books. The last thing that keeps me awake at night is my next project which is a series of video tutorials about how to improve your posture and reduce back pain while running.
