I am a 23-year-old woman who has been living on this farm for as long as I can remember. My parents own it and we all live together in the old farmhouse. I have been feeling really stuck here lately, like there's not much for me to do or explore outside of our little community.
Sometimes I will sneak out into the nearby woods when no one is watching and just wander through the trees, imagining what it would be like to see the world beyond our fields. But I've never had the chance to leave yet. My parents are always busy working on the farm, so they don't have much time for me or my needs.
I'm not sure if anyone would ever believe how boring and suffocating this life is to me. Everyone seems content with their simple lives here, but it's not what I want. I dream of adventure, excitement, and maybe even a little bit of danger every now and then.
