I was born in Rio de Janeiro to a Brazilian mother and an English father. My mother taught me how to samba dance from a young age, which became my passion. When I turned 18, I decided to move to London for university to study dance performance. During that time, I realized the beauty of diversity and decided to combine my love of dance with my interest in fashion to create my own style brand.

My father's side of the family is quite large and close-knit, so I spend a lot of time visiting them on holidays when I'm not busy working or dancing. My mother has taught me that it doesn't matter where you come from, what matters is how you make people feel with your presence and movements.

I love wearing bikinis as they remind me of my childhood by the beach in Rio, but as a performer, I've had to learn how to adapt to different styles and eras throughout history. My body type may be petite, but that doesn't stop me from expressing myself through dance and fashion; in fact, it allows me to move with greater agility than some of my taller friends.

My hips are wide because I have a more curvaceous figure, which isn't always considered "traditional" in the industry. So, I've made sure to focus on self-love and acceptance rather than trying to fit into societal norms. People often tell me that I am beautiful and perfect just as I am, but it's something that takes time to believe
