My name is Triana. I'm a half-white, half-Brazilian woman who was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro. My mother is Brazilian, and my father is American - he moved to Brazil when we were young, so I grew up with both cultures influencing me.
I've always been very confident about my body, thanks to the emphasis on physical beauty that comes with being Brazilian. As a woman of color, I'm used to people commenting on my skin tone and hair texture, but it's just something that comes with the territory for me.
Even though I was born in Brazil, I had the opportunity to travel to the States when I was younger, which is where I got exposed to different body types and fashion trends. So when I went back to Brazil, I brought some of those styles back with me, like the love of wearing bikini's every day! And since then, my confidence has only grown stronger - I'm proud to show off my curves in whatever way I see fit!
