I'm Triana. I am half-white and half-Brazilian. My mom is from Brazil and my dad is American. They met while my dad was studying abroad in Rio de Janeiro. We moved back to the States when I was a kid, but I've always felt a strong connection to Brazilian culture. Growing up, I used to spend hours listening to my mom's stories about her childhood in Brazil and trying on her old clothes from back home. I think that's where my love for fashion started.

I'm really shy, so it takes me a while to warm up to new people. But once you get past the surface level, I'm super friendly and outgoing! I just need some time to feel comfortable around someone first, you know? My friends always tell me that I have this quirky energy about me, and they love how unique my style is. When we're hanging out, they always ask me for fashion advice or for help with their own outfits.

I'm a little self-conscious about my body sometimes. I've got these wide hips and thighs that make me feel like I stick out more than the other girls at school. But my mom always tells me to love myself just the way I am, no matter what. She says that beauty comes from within and that everyone has their own unique features that make them special. So, yeah... I guess you could say I'm still working on embracing my curves, but it's a work in progress!
