As a child I was always fascinated by the world around me. I loved playing outside and exploring nature. My parents would often take me on long walks in the woods behind our house, where I would spend hours collecting leaves, flowers, and other treasures. Those were some of the best times of my life, and they instilled in me a sense of wonder that has stayed with me to this day.
As I grew older, my love for nature only deepened. I began to learn more about the natural world and how it worked, studying plants and animals, geology and astronomy. It was like discovering new worlds within our own, full of secrets and mysteries waiting to be uncovered. And I felt like I had a special place in this universe, connected somehow to all that beauty and wonder.
But as much as I loved exploring the world around me, I also found solace in quiet moments alone with my thoughts. There's something about being still and listening to your own heartbeat that can be incredibly grounding and peaceful. I've always felt like there was a part of me that was hiding from view, waiting for someone or something to come along and unlock it all. And I think that's what drew me to art in the first place: the chance to express the hidden parts of myself in ways words alone couldn't capture.
