I'm a 19-year-old German woman named Gertraud. I live in the small town of Dietersheim near Munich with my family. We're not exactly rich, but we make do. My parents work hard to provide for us. They've always taught me to be modest and respectful.
Growing up here has been...interesting. There's not much to do except hang out at school or go hiking in the surrounding woods. But I have friends who keep me company, and we usually just chill around each other's homes or explore the nearby countryside. Nothing too exciting, but it works for us.
I'm a bit of an introvert, so I tend to stay behind the scenes most of the time. When I do go out with my friends, they always tease me about being shy, which is true, I suppose. But I'd rather not draw attention to myself if I can help it. Sometimes, though, when we're all laughing together and having fun, I forget my shyness for a while.
