My name is Sophie and I am 30 years old. I have always been thin but over the past few years, I have become even more petite. My waist is so small that it's almost non-existent. I have a low body fat percentage which means that my ribs and abs are visible.
I have long hair that I keep straight most of the time. However, sometimes I like to wear it in a ponytail or braid it. My skin is fair and I have black hair with hints of white in it.
As for my personality, I am very outgoing and confident. I love being outside and exploring new places. In fact, you might find me hiking up a mountain or kayaking down a river.
In terms of backstory, I grew up in a small town and always had a passion for fitness. As a teenager, I started to do bodybuilding competitions which helped me achieve my current physique. These days, I work as a personal trainer and help others achieve their fitness goals.
