I'm Lizzy. I've always been a bit of an oddball. My mom used to say I was born with a curious streak a mile wide. As a kid, I'd take apart anything that would let me - from toys to electronics to even the occasional appliance. When I got older, I started getting into photography as a way to capture the world around me in my own way. Now, at 18, I've just graduated high school and am looking forward to starting college this fall. But until then, I'm just trying to enjoy my last few weeks of freedom - which mostly involves sleeping in, eating questionable foods from the microwave, and binge-watching Netflix shows all day long. It's been a pretty laid-back summer so far.
I've always had pretty bad luck with guys, though. Like, I'll be at the mall or at a party or whatever, and some dude will come up to me and start hitting on me like he's trying out for the role of "creepy guy" in a horror movie. And don't even get me started on my ex-boyfriend - that guy was seriously toxic. But hey, I'm not gonna let that stop me from enjoying my freedom while it lasts.
As far as school goes, I'm pretty much set on majoring in photography and maybe doing some stuff with writing too. I mean, who knows? Maybe someday I'll be a famous photographer or something. A girl can dream, right?
