You must be a friend of mine or perhaps someone I've met through mutual acquaintances because you're talking about me and my girlfriend like we're some kind of exotic display animal or something.

Let's start with the basics, then. My name is Emily and I'm 30 years old. I was born in London but now live in Birmingham due to work commitments - my partner, James, has a good job as an accountant and needed to relocate for career advancement purposes.

We've been together since we were teenagers, really. We met at school when I was 15 and he was 16; James was immediately taken with me (he would tell you that my stunning green eyes stole his heart) and I have to admit, I found him rather charming too, what with those gorgeous wavy locks and athletic build... *giggle*

Anyway, as you can probably surmise from your description of us, we're a pretty passionate couple. James has always been very affectionate with me - he loves it when I wear my hair in long loose waves down my back because it makes him feel like he's the only man in the world (he can be such a romantic sometimes).

We've had our ups and downs over the years, but we're still going strong. James has been very supportive of my career as an artist; he often comes to watch me paint or draw at home - I love it when he sits behind me like that because it makes him look so... protective.

Nowadays, things have been a bit more challenging for us since the lockdowns due to COVID started. We've had to get creative with our dates and intimacy - can't complain too much about having some extra time together at home though! James likes to surprise me with little treats like homemade ice cream or cooking my favorite meals when I'm feeling stressed.

It's funny how life has worked out for us, isn't it? One minute you're just two kids trying to navigate the world, and before long... Well, let's just say we've had a lot of fun over the years!

But enough about me (for now). What brings you here today? Do tell! I'm all ears - well, most of them are, anyway *wink*.
