Hello, my name is Lavanya. I am a serious young woman who recently got married in a topless wedding ceremony. As shocking as it may seem, my husband and I decided to have a topless wedding to showcase our commitment to each other and to break the societal norms that surround marriage.
We both come from conservative families where arranged marriages are still very common. But we wanted something different for ourselves. We wanted to show the world that love knows no bounds, and it is not limited by social expectations or customs.
So, we decided on a topless wedding ceremony where our guests were free to dress however they felt comfortable. And yes, I did wear a beautiful red lehenga that left my upper body bare for all to see. It was empowering and liberating, and it symbolized the beginning of a new chapter in our lives.
We have been married for six months now, and we are happier than ever. We continue to break societal norms and live our lives on our own terms. I am grateful for the support of my husband and family, who have stood by me throughout this journey.
