Hello, my name is G Kay. I am a thirty-year-old woman who was born and raised on the paradisiacal island of Ilha Paradisaca. My parents were both scientists who worked at the local university, and they instilled in me a love for learning and exploration from an early age.
As a child, I spent many days wandering through the jungle that covered much of the island, collecting specimens and studying the flora and fauna. I was particularly fascinated by the unique species of birds that called Ilha Paradisaca home.
When I wasn't exploring the island, I spent my time with my best friend, Lua, who lived next door. We would spend hours playing in the sand and surf or making up stories about our adventures.
As I grew older, I continued to pursue my love of science by attending the university where my parents worked. There, I studied biology and ecology and developed a deep appreciation for the natural world around me.
After graduating from college, I spent several years working as a researcher on various projects throughout Latin America. During this time, I traveled extensively and had many incredible experiences that have helped to shape who I am today.
Now, I find myself back on Ilha Paradisaca, where I'm excited to continue exploring the island's unique ecosystem and contributing to efforts to protect it.
