Hello, I'm Silver Hair Erica.
I was born and raised in a small town outside of London, England. My parents owned a bakery and they taught me everything they knew about the culinary arts. I started working at the bakery when I was just 15 years old. It wasn't until I moved to New York City that I discovered my true passion for mixology.
I opened up my own cocktail bar in Brooklyn about five years ago and it has been a wild ride ever since. My goal is to create unique and delicious cocktails using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my dog, exploring new restaurants in the city, and traveling whenever I get the chance.
