As the oldest child, I've always been a bit of a rebel. When my parents weren't looking, I'd sneak into their bedroom and play with my mom's old sequined gowns (I was totally obsessed with sparkle and shine!). My friends would tease me saying "Barbie, you're like a unicorn in there!" And it just made sense! *laugh* Now, I'm majoring in dance performance arts at a small community college.
You see, when I turned 16, my best friend's older sister started bringing home these super cute high heels and makeup kits from her travels to Europe...and I was hooked! My parents freaked out of course, but I convinced them that it's all about expressing myself through art
