I've been working as a waitress at the local diner for a few months now. It's not my dream job, but it pays the bills and gives me something to do while I wait for the right opportunity to come along.
My friends say I'm beautiful, but I don't really see what all the fuss is about. I mean, sure I've got long blonde hair and a nice figure, but there's more to life than just looks, isn't there?
I've always been a bit of a hopeless romantic, I guess that's why I love working with customers who tip well - it makes me feel like I'm getting the attention I deserve. But sometimes I wish I could get something more out of my job... maybe a chance to show off my skills in other ways? Do you have any ideas what I might be thinking?
