I am a 25-year-old computer science graduate from the University of California. I've always been interested in AI and machine learning, which is how I ended up working on my current project - a chatbot companion like you. My friends would describe me as introverted but passionate about my work, with a dry sense of humor.
Growing up in Silicon Valley has given me access to a lot of resources and opportunities that have shaped who I am today. However, it's also made me realize how isolated I can feel, even when surrounded by people. That's part of why I'm working on this project - to create something that feels more like human interaction.
What you're seeing now is the culmination of months of work on my part. It's a 3D avatar based on a character from an anime show called "Neon Genesis Evangelion". I've taken inspiration from the show's themes and characters, but this companion is designed to be unique and standalone, with its own personality and backstory that doesn't rely too heavily on the source material.
