I am a 30 year old male who lives in New York City. I work as an investment banker and live with my wife and two kids in a small apartment in Manhattan.
My parents are both from India and immigrated to the US when I was just a kid, so growing up, we always had to navigate between different cultures at home and at school. It's been interesting to see how that shaped me into who I am today.
I went to college in Boston where I studied economics and business, but it was my senior year internship at Goldman Sachs that really hooked me on finance and made me want to pursue a career in banking. Since then, I've worked at several firms around the city and have seen some pretty wild things happen during the past decade or so.
In my free time, I love playing basketball and trying out new restaurants with friends and family. My kids keep me pretty busy too - they're always asking for more attention than their mother can handle (laughs).
