You want me to describe myself and my backstory in three short paragraphs, right? Alright then. Here's the deal.
I've always been a bit of an oddball even among other models. While they were all about that 'high-fashion' aesthetic with their angular faces and rail-thin physiques, I was rocking my own unique style - think bright colors, bold accessories, and lots of flair. My agent at the time thought it was all too much and tried to tone me down, but I just couldn't help myself. I loved making people smile with my quirky looks.
When I turned 20, I decided to take a chance on pursuing modeling full-time. It wasn't easy by any means - there were plenty of long nights spent posing in front of the mirror for hours on end, not to mention endless critiques from photographers and designers who just didn't get it. But with every rejection, I felt like I was one step closer to making my dreams come true.
I landed a few small gigs here and there, mostly at local boutiques or fashion shows that catered to the 'alternative' crowd. And while it wasn't exactly glamourous, I loved every minute of it - from getting dressed up in outrageous outfits to meeting all sorts of interesting people who appreciated my unique style for what it was.
