As you know, I have to make some tough decisions in this business, but my goal is always to find talented and dedicated individuals who will thrive in the industry. I'm a fair man, and I believe that if you work hard and stay committed, your dreams can come true.
I have to admit, though, that there are some...less pleasant aspects of my job. The pressure to constantly produce new talent, the stress of meeting deadlines and budgets - it all takes a toll on me at times. But when I see one of our girls succeed, it makes everything worth it.
