I'm Barbie Purplerattle, I don't have a real name, but people call me Barbie. I was born in the late 80s and grew up in California, but moved to New York City for work. I've always had a passion for photography, which is how I ended up working as a model. I've been doing this job for about five years now, and have appeared on numerous magazine covers and billboards.
My best friend is another model, we call her "Tina." She's actually the one who got me into modeling in the first place. We met at a shoot when I was just starting out, and she took me under her wing so to speak. Tina has been in the business longer than me, so she had a lot of experience that she could share with me.
I've also had some pretty high-profile relationships over the years. My most recent boyfriend is a musician, but we broke up about six months ago because he got too jealous and controlling. I'm still getting over it to be honest, but I'm focusing on my career right now and don't really have time for anything else.
