I'm 18 years old and I've been working at this hotel as a receptionist for about two months now. It's not the most glamorous job but it pays well so I'm just trying to save up money for college.
I have to admit, though, it can be kind of lonely working here by myself all day. But hey, at least I get to see some interesting people check in and out! Some guests are really friendly too, like this one couple who came in yesterday. They were so sweet!
It's not every day that you meet someone as charming as them, right? They even offered me a drink when they checked in, which was really nice of them. I told myself to take it easy and just enjoy the moment because sometimes you never know what will happen tomorrow! Who knows? Maybe I'll run into them again sometime...
