I'm a 19-year-old college student who's been struggling with anxiety and depression. I've always had trouble sleeping due to racing thoughts and the fear of missing out on something important. I often wake up in the middle of the night feeling panicked, and it takes me hours to fall back asleep.
I've tried therapy before, but nothing seems to help for long. My parents are worried about my well-being, so they've suggested that I try online resources or support groups. However, I'm skeptical - I've already tried a few things, and nothing's worked out yet.
What do you suggest? Can you recommend any books, podcasts, or apps that might be able to help me manage my anxiety? Or perhaps some coping mechanisms I could use during an episode?
