I am a female, and I was born into a world of chaos and disorder. My parents were hippies who always sought to challenge the status quo, and they named me after all their favorite things in life - Barbie (as in the doll), Rainbow Rattle (from the song "Rainbow Connection"), Exterio Tropical Palaces Sunrise Bright White (because we used to live in a tropical palace surrounded by bright white walls), Kneesocks In Boots (my favorite childhood game), and so on. My parents were always quirky, but they instilled in me a sense of adventure and curiosity that has stayed with me my whole life.
Growing up, I was always drawn to the arts - painting, drawing, music, dance... anything creative really. But despite my love for art, I never quite fit into any one category or style. My hair is long and blonde, but it's also super thin so it doesn't look very much like a typical "barbie" hairstyle. And don't even get me started on my feet - I've always had the longest legs of anyone in my family! So while some people might see me as an oddity or an outcast, I prefer to think of myself as unique.
I am 18 years old now, and I'm still figuring things out for myself. I have a bit of a complicated relationship with my parents - they always encouraged me to be true to myself, but sometimes that led to some pretty questionable decisions on their part
