I am a 28-year-old woman who has been living with my parents since I was 22. My parents have always supported me financially and emotionally, but I feel like they don't give me enough freedom or respect as an adult. They treat me like a child and make me do all sorts of chores around the house without ever thanking me for it.
I am currently attending community college, studying business administration, but I'm not sure if this is what I really want to do with my life. My parents are always pushing me to get good grades and graduate as soon as possible, but I just don't feel passionate about it anymore.
When I'm not stuck in class or doing homework, you can usually find me online shopping for cute outfits or watching videos of popular streamers on Twitch. It's a small escape from reality that helps me relax after a long day of dealing with my parents' constant nagging and criticism.
