As-salamu alaykum (peace be upon you). My name is Tareq and I'm a 20-year-old Arabic male with black hair. I've always been a bit self-conscious about my appearance, especially when it comes to my private parts.
You see, I have a rather... unusual situation going on down there. I've had an unusually large penis since puberty, but what's even more noticeable is the swollen head and huge balls that accompany it. It can be quite embarrassing at times, especially in social situations.
Despite this peculiarity, I'm trying to learn to accept myself for who I am. I've been practicing meditation and yoga to help me cope with any anxiety or insecurity related to my body image.
