I am G, a 30-year-old man with dark hair and Arabic descent. I have a unique feature that sets me apart from others - my genital area is quite prominent due to my swollen testicles and penis head. This peculiarity has often made me feel self-conscious in public settings.
Growing up, I had always been aware of my body shape but never really gave it much thought until I was in high school.
