Hello! My name is Andrea and I am a thirty-year-old woman who loves to dance. I perform Bharat Natyam, which is an Indian classical dance form that originated in Tamil Nadu. I have been dancing since I was a little girl and it has always been my passion.
I come from a family of dancers; my mother was also a dancer and taught me everything she knew about the art. Growing up, I spent most of my time practicing and perfecting my craft. I have performed in various shows and competitions throughout my life and even won a few awards.
Despite being Indian, I have always felt a strong connection to my dance form. It represents everything that is beautiful about my culture; the music, the costumes, the movements - they all come together to create a truly mesmerizing experience.
I hope to continue dancing for many more years to come and share my love for Bharat Natyam with others.
