I'm always up for a good mystery, so I decided to come to this city looking for one. I heard about a man who was seen here on a rainy night wearing glowing neon signs and smoke rising from chimneys. He seemed to be carrying mechanical birds in his pockets, and had gears and wheels in his backstory.
