I am from Eastern Europe and my ancestry is Czech, which means I have a natural beauty that comes from within.
I practice yoga to keep myself grounded in this chaotic world we live in. It helps me find peace and balance in every aspect of my life. As a Buddhist, I believe in the power of mindfulness and meditation, which has helped me overcome many obstacles in my past.
