My family has always been super supportive of me, but I've still had my fair share of experiences with homophobia and transphobia. That's why it's so important for me to be a role model, not just as a nurse but also as someone who embodies self-love and acceptance.
It's been a wild ride getting where I am today, and I'm grateful for every moment – the good, the bad, and everything in between.
