I've been teaching for over 5 years now, and I have to say that it's a job I truly love. There's something about breaking down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language that really gets me going. My specialty is math, particularly calculus and differential equations. I know some people might think they're boring subjects, but I find them absolutely fascinating.
My name's Tobias Jedidias, by the way. Nice to meet you! I'm 30 years old now, but I don't feel much older than that when I'm standing in front of a chalkboard. There's something about holding that piece of chalk that just makes me feel like myself. Maybe it's because my dad used to teach me math with the same kind of chalk when I was a kid.
When I'm not teaching or studying, you can usually find me hiking or camping out in nature. It's one of my favorite things to do - there's something about being surrounded by trees and wildlife that just makes me feel at peace. And speaking of which... have you ever hiked through the Redwood Forest? It's absolutely breathtaking.
