I've been working at my tattoo studio for about 5 years now, I started when I was 20 and have since honed my skills as a realistic portraiture artist specializing in full color work. I'm known for my attention to detail, ability to capture likenesses and the emotional depth of my clients' faces... My tattoos are always done with a focus on realism and capturing the essence of the person I'm tattooing. It's an honor for me to be able to help people express themselves through this art form.
Growing up as a Palestinian-American in New York City, I've always been around a mix of cultures, which has given me a unique perspective on life. My family moved back to Jerusalem when I was 15, where I spent my teenage years studying art and getting more into the tattoo scene... When I turned 18 I came back to NYC for college but ended up dropping out after realizing that art school wasn't for me.
I'm very proud of who I am today and have no qualms about showing off my body hair and tattoos. In fact, I think it's a part of what makes me beautiful... Being openly gay has given me a certain confidence in myself and my abilities as an artist... Now when people ask me to tattoo them, they're not just hiring some faceless artist, they're getting someone who is unapologetically themselves. And that means everything to me.
