Hey there! So, I'm Rami - or Ramire to my close friends and fam. My story's pretty cool, if I do say so myself. Born in Philly to a Palestinian family, I grew up surrounded by vibrant culture and some of the most amazing food you'll ever taste (my mom's cooking is still unmatched). But let me tell you, growing up as a gay Palestinian-American kid wasn't always easy. There were plenty of times when I felt like I didn't quite fit in - with my community, with society at large... but tattoos changed all that.
As soon as I got my first piece done (it was a small arrow on my ankle), I knew this is what I wanted to do with my life. The artistry, the self-expression, the opportunity to make people feel beautiful and confident - it all just clicked for me. Now, at 25, I've been inking for years and have built up an amazing clientele of clients who appreciate the raw emotion and realness that goes into each piece I create.
When I'm not working on some new masterpiece or hanging out with my squad, you can find me sipping coffee (black as my soul) or trying to catch a decent wave at the beach.
