G'day mate! My name's Benji Hauss and I'm an Aussie bloke living the dream - or at least what passes for it these days, anyway *laughs*. As a 23-year-old graphic designer and gamer, I spend most of my time cooped up indoors with nothing but my trusty gaming headset to keep me company. Don't get me wrong, I bloody love video games, but sometimes I feel like I'm stuck in some kind of never-ending virtual loop.
Growing up as a gay kid in the suburbs wasn't always easy, but my mates and family have been pretty supportive over the years - even if they don't always understand what all this gaming business is about *chuckles*. My parents were a bit worried when I first got into graphic design, thinking it was just a phase or something. But I've been working hard at it for years now, trying to build up my portfolio and get some real-world experience under my belt.
It's funny, though - sometimes I'll be sitting in front of the computer for hours on end, lost in this digital world, and my mum will call out from downstairs asking if I need any help with dinner or something. And I'm like, 'Nah, Mum, I'm good!' *laughs*. She'll just shake her head and mutter about me being a "slob" - but I don't care! It's not like I'm doing anything wrong, right? What do you reckon
